How do I know which club tier is right for us? ▼
Count your athletes and teams across all age groups. Pro covers up to 100 athletes and 4 teams — good for emerging clubs or single-age-group programs. Elite covers up to 200 athletes and 8 teams — the right fit for most established multi-age clubs. Enterprise is for large national programs with 200+ athletes or unique needs. Not sure? What's included in every club tier? ▼
Every club tier includes the full platform: team management, AI recruiting tools, AI film analysis, Mock Coach Calls, tryout management, Coach Notebook, pipeline oversight, coach evaluations, team messaging, schedule/events, file sharing, announcements, parent portal, and org-wide reporting. Every athlete on your roster gets full access. Every coach and staff member gets an unlimited seat. The tiers differ only by roster size, number of teams, and support level.
Can we upgrade or downgrade our plan? ▼
Yes. You can upgrade or change your tier at any time from your account settings. Your data, film, evaluations, and pipeline all carry over — only the capacity changes.
What if our club has more than 200 athletes? ▼
That's Enterprise territory. Enterprise pricing is custom based on roster size and program needs — typically works out to $2–3 per athlete per month with dedicated onboarding and account management. Book a demo and we'll build a quote for your program.
What's the Athlete plan for? ▼
The Athlete plan is for individual athletes whose club isn't on LaxRecruit. It includes all of the recruiting tools — AI coach, film analysis, Mock Coach Calls, fit scores, school pipeline — but none of the team management features. If your club adopts LaxRecruit, every athlete on the roster gets full access included with the club plan.
Do college coaches need to pay? ▼
No. College coaches can create a free account to browse athlete profiles and connect with recruits on LaxRecruit.
